In the official trade search item of ggg.

Unable to filter T17 maps with only rare or non unique maps, still show thousands of uniques ....

They seem to be designed as Rares, rather than Uniques.

You can sort out the Valdo's maps using the Miscellaneous "Foil Variation" filter. Use "None" to not see Valdo's maps, or use "Any Celestial Variant" to see Valdo's maps, from what I can tell.
