8/13/2024 3.25.1 Patch Broke Harbingers

As title states the patch either broke Harbinger loot table, or GGG stealth nerfed them. Before the patch running the same scarabs and same map I would never go more than 10 maps without at least 1 fracturing shard drop (10 was the longest dry spell I ever had.) After the patch, I have gone over 60 maps without a single fracturing shard drop. I discussed this with others in a streamer's chat and they agreed something is broken. Hopefully fixed soon otherwise fracturing orbs are going to skyrocket in price.
