Blight portal overlapping with crater to new league mechanic boss, causing mobs to get stuck

The crater to the boss for the league mechanic (settlers) spawned, i did the boss then left and activated the blight pump. It spawned a portal right on top of the crater entrance and the mobs got stuck.
