Defiance banner not being affected by some aura effect sources

Several aura effects sources are not working with defiance banner

1. Exarch implicit on chest piece "10% increased effect of non-curse auras from your skills"
2. "Auras from your skills have 10% increased effect on you" aura mastery
3. Small passive "aura effect" on the champion of the cause cluster.

Both champion of the cause and Influence do work with defiance banner

I have not yet tested to see if the "inspirational" champion ascendency works with defiance banner.

I tested using the in-game movespeed stat on the characters page using a 105 valour level 20 defiance banner each time.

-I first noticed when adding the implicit to the chest piece did not increase my speed.

-Then I unallocated the mastery and still saw no change.

-Unallocating champion of the cause did lower my speed, but unallocating the small passive "aura effect" did not.
