Blight mobs stuck and unkillable

Blight mobs for one of the portals are stuck between the portal and tower and not targetable or killable. Was able to kill a few mobs, then built tower in the spot right next to the portal so that maybe that can target the mobs, but no. Unable to finish the Blight event because of this.
