MTX Rare Finisher Effects do not work with Gladiator Ascendancy

The Rare Finisher Effects Microtransactions listed below do not work properly if the player has the Gladiators Gratuitous Violence ascendancy node allocated. They will work very rarely, maybe once per map, when used with Gratuitous Violence. Gratuitous Violence causes enemies you kill to explode, dealing 20% of their maximum life as physical damage. Any enemies you bleed, and then kill will explode. This node itself causes the following new Microtransaction Rare Finisher effects to not work on rare enemies as it should:

Blood Tornado
Bursting Locus
Lethal Lacerations
Divine Judgement

I should add that I tested it on solo rares and on rares with packs of monsters surrounding them and with several different skill gems. Neither will trigger the MTX Rare Finisher effects to work. There are probably other Finisher MTX's that I don't own that are bugged as well.

Though Gladiators Gratuitous Violence DOES work with several other Rare Finisher effects I have such as: Aesir, Blackstar, Celestial Emperor, Sulphite Shatter, Heartcrusher, and Impaling Ice.

This is not limited to gladiator's explosions; I've also noticed (and reported) missing finisher effects with axe mastery corpse destruction. In my case, it was Malachai's Demise finisher.
