Fatal Flourish & Swordstorm after 5th swordstorm cast locks character from attack actions

Hi able to reproduce 100% every time using Forbidden jewel for fatal flourish and swordstorm.

While standing still and not changing attack spot for the entire 5 casts, have always attack without moving, of swordstorm character can't use any attack skills following 5th cast(not even another swordstorm): tried movement leap slam / whirling blade, tried blade flurry channel and strike skills, even tried caster spells none will work(allow you to cast) until character moves several inches on my screen then attack skills become usable again.

While character is attack skill locked I can change stances and cast blood rage.

I have tried everything the same w/out swordstorm and all my skills repeat and never lock my character.

If I unequip swordstorm and resocket it i can freely cast again(up to the 5 in spot) and I have also tried to slow cast the 5 every 3-5s cast and still after 5th it locks character.

Also just discovered that while not moving but aiming into different areas allows a few more casts before it locks character out...

Can you confirm that repeated Swordstorm via Fatal Flourish actually deals damage?

As far as i can tell it does but the animation is off instead of looking like two separate animations it looks like one animation with two casts but the speed is pretty fast so it is hard to tell and of course with the damage without a dummy really hard to tell...it does feel like it does more but it could be me thinking it should so i believe it does?

I did a self poison using golden rule on single target and am able to confirm 16 poison stacks at 100% poison proc rate per cast with the setup and taking off the fatal flourish jewel i only get 8 poison stacks.

ok i took off atk spd setup and used slowest possible weapons and can clearly see a 2nd cast animation now so does show 2 animation casts they are just short animations with swordstorm
