Bug - Abomination Map Didn't Complete

I did an Abomination Map and failed to receive credit for completing the map, I even made sure I fully cleared the map. Despite receiving the loot and doing so, I still did not receive credit. I've included screenshots in the imgur link below. One can see in one of the screenshots, there's even clones of Deodere running around after the boss was already dead. I suspect somehow Maven glitched out the map and prevented me completing it.

If there's something that can be done, I'd really like this challenge complete, I'd rather not have to spend to run another one of these maps, especially after I lost one the other night due to Washington disconnecting players.
