Rune Enchant Bug, Enchant not showing on item

I crafted "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" rune craft on my wand. I have tormented spirit buff, but enchant doesn't show up on item.
 Also some other wands in the game doesn't show it either, if you search "Haunted by Tormented Spirits" enchant on trade website: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Settlers/pdpbDWet0 GGG please fix this.
