Scion Deadeye's gain frenzy charge while moving does not work in many cases
The scion's new deadeye notable says "Gain a frenzy charge every 3 seconds while moving", however the way it is implemented if you stop or count as not moving for even a microsecond it fully resets the 3 second timer and you gain no charges. Any non-instant skill, even a movement skill, will reset the charge gain timer. Even simply clicking to move in a different direction will often prevent charge gain. In normal gameplay you will virtually never gain charges because of this.
But the actual bug is that grazing any object with your character while moving (even while holding down your movement key) will cause the timer to reset and you won't gain any charge. I played a Deadeye with this thing, and even though it gives a charge every second on the actual ascendancy, it was impossible to get any charges most of the time. It's not really a bug, just that the node is very poorly designed. Even if you stop for a single frame, the counter resets and that's normal
They really should add Phasing to this ascendancy to make it feel better and more consistent "buff grenades"
