Fungal Horizons + Blight Scarab of Blooming Bugged

Fungal Horizons grants you blightreach, which grants a chance for maps found to drop as Blighted Maps instead.

The last line of the "Blight Scarab of Blooming" says 'Tier14+ blighted maps found in area drop as Blight-ravaged Maps instead.

After a blight is done, I'd assume just running through the map fast as you can and getting some blighted maps to drop would convert them into Blight Ravaged Maps instead, but it seems the Atlas tree passive overrides the Scarab when it should be the other way around.

Both blight chests and any blight maps dropped from enemies drop ONLY as blighted maps and not Blight-ravaged, causing a HUGE anti-synergy.
