Opulent Fossil not working with Prime Chaotic Resonator

So I've been having issues with opulent fossils rolling tagless modifiers, but only when they're in Prime Chaotic Resonators, when in Primitive Chaotic Resonators it appears fine (I have not tested with Potent or Powerful Chaotic Resonators). I only have a sample size of about 15 Primitive Chaotic Resonators with Opulent Fossils loaded in, and 12 Prime Chaotic Resonators with this load (Lucent, Metallic, Opulent, and Fundamental).


As you can see in the screenshot, in the stygian vise, I used a Prime Chaotic Resonator as outlined before, but it still rolled a tagless modifier. I didn't take screenshots of all attempts, but the Primitive Chaotic Resonator was working, it wasnt rolling tagless modifiers.

The Primitive Chaotic Resonator appears to be working, but not Prime Chaotic Resonator, which sort of stinks cause my friend and I spent a lot on this, but it wasn't too expensive thankfully. (sorry for the redundancy)
