infinite loading screen

infinite loading screen no matter what i do i just dosent load.
it has ben like this sins yesterday i have followed the other threads to see if the work but no im still stuck. i have no error messages i just loads i have tryed to verify my game true steam and there were no problems then i tryed to check if my shader case was the problem. i cud play for 3-4 min and then it went to an infinite loading screen again i had no problem playing the game until yesterday.
