Blight scarab of blooming bugged

Blight scarab of blooming not converting t14+ blight maps to ravaged.

Got some t16 blight maps drops from chests and blight chests and none of them converted to blight-ravaged.

Tryed different rare maps(t16) but they all had the same bug.

Did u resolve it ?
