Sepulchre Map Boss doesnt drop loot from Eldrich Altars "Final Boss drops..." when it dies in "ghost Doedre form". Happened with me 2 times already

Multiple bug reports already for the same issue. Either avoid the map or don't take final boss altars until they fix it.
