CI + ZO + negative life regen mod = instadeath

Hello!

The "lose life per second mod" does not interact with Zealot's Oath.
Since it is the negative of "regen life per second", I think it should in the same manner as the positive does.

I lost 20% xp at level 98 through this bug, posting in hope this gets fixed.

Unfortunately not a bug. Negative regeneration can't exist (according to Mark), so this is pure loss, which Zealot's Oath isn't intended to interact with.
