Life Flask with Hinder/Maim Inconsistency with Pathfinder Master Surgeon at Full Life

If a Life Flask has an appropriate Suffix Modifier, then it can be activated at Full Life (and thus keep activated due to Pathfinder's Master Surgeon).

A Normal rarity life flask will not activate; a Life flask that grants Corrupted Blood/Bleeding immunity does. Furthermore, Freeze/Chill immunity, Ignite immunity, and Shock immunity also allow for flasks to be activated at Full Life. However, Hinder/Maim Immunity does not.

The wording between the flasks are consistent with one another: "Grants << ailment/debuff >> immunity if used while << ailment/debuff >>".

The only thing I can think of why this flask doesn't work is because it removes a debuff as opposed to an ailment.

Since this functionality is more consistent amongst the ailment side (with more suffixes allowing for this mechanic), I suggest ensuring the Hinder/Maim flask also be capable of being activated while at Full Life.
