Warden Unbound Avatar Not Working in Drox Map

Was running a Drox influenced Forbidden Woods map when I noticed I wasn't gaining any Unbound Fury stacks for Unbound Avatar on my Warden. I exited and re-entered the map and still no stacks. I went to test if it would work in other content and I went into a delve and my stacks were working properly. Went back into the Forbidden Woods map and noticed 1 stack, then went to 5 and then the stacks just disappeared. This is the only time I've noticed this behavior and was the first Drox map I've attempted this League.

This is also started happening to me today. However, I was only running red maps.

Were you guys able to inflict elemental ailments in those maps? "Monsters have 70% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments" map mod with 43%+ increased effect from the Atlas tree won't allow that.

If yes, it has to be a very conditional bug. A bug number (/bug in chat) would help GGG stuff to reproduce this.

There were not modifiers present in my map and even if they were, at 70% avoidance, I should've seen some stacks form, not stay at 0.
