Orichalcum Bars not being produced
There seems to be a design flaw in how the smelter works. I have 9 works and have been waiting all day for some production of Orichalcum Bars with 13.000 Orichalcum ore ready.
With 9 workers and 5 types of ore some should be produced. Without this I can not advance the town. Maybe it might be produced at some point but this is not a good design if they all work on one type until it is done and nothing else gets worked... Last bumped on Aug 6, 2024, 10:53:30 AM

Is there gold in your treasury?

yes plenty of gold. looked this morning and it still is just making bismuth it states for the next 01:01:00:00. So there is 5800 bars of crimson, 4,400 Bismuth, 5900 Veriium, none being made for Petrified amber and none of Orichalcum. with 9 workers it should work on all of them or have some way to identify what you want them to work on. there is something not working correctly if in 10 hours it never even gets through all of the types.... A adjustment is needed or something is broken maybe?

All workers are assigned to smelt Crimson. Until Crimson ore runs out, workers will not automatically switch to smelting other ores. If you have a lot of different types of ore, you can assign workers to smelt the ore you need.

found the issue. Each worker can be assigned to smelt a specific they of bar. It is not clear that for assigning a smelter you should specifically select what type they should prioritize when they are assigned. Easy for me to overlook it maybe more guidance first time someone assigns a worker.
