Shipment disapeared without notification and resources lost bug?

Hello GGG!

Sorry for the wall of text, but this kinda sucks, so i wanted to write as much as possible to see if you guys can fix this, or maybe clarify if this is intended.

I think there might be a bug with either shipments themselves, or atleast the notificaton of the ship disapearing.

I sent multiple shipments throughout this week and a lot of them just up and disapeared like i never sent them to begin with. Just yesterday on August 04. i sent a shipment to Kalguur overnight and when i came back today to see if it arrived with some rewards, the ship was just sitting in port like i never sent it.

There was also NO notification that something happened to the ship.

Oddly some shipments disappear before the timer finishes. Sent 2 shipments out simultaneously some days ago and when the first arrived and i went to see what it brought back, my other ship which had a LONGER travelling time just sat there in the dock without a timer and NO reward to claim.

The WORST part is, that the resources that i placed on the ship are also GONE.

This happen on some ships with 0 risk aswell. I know that 0 risk doesn't mean that nothing out of the ordinary can happen, but from what i have seen from other players, this normally has a notification attached to the ship when it comes back.

It seems that the shipment is cancelled partway through the journey almost like it resets or something.

Happened with both ships Seavalour and KTS Eastern star and with multiple ports btw.

There seems to be a very few people on reddit and this forum that have the same problem, but i still hope you guys look into it.

Also i play from Europe, if that helps.

Sorry, i forgot to mention. I also had enough gold deposited in town to make the journey so thats shouldn't be a problem.

i just keep lost materials cause of that bug! send a boat, go do a map, back to town and boat is in the dock! without any notification or something, but all the materials i put in that boat have disappeared.

Same here, i feel like i am loosing 15-20% of my shipments without any message

In my situation i had sent shipment, it came back, Tujen said check out the goods and it was stolen by pirates 100% of it. I don't understand what happened...
