RESOLVED - Cannot get T14+ Maven Invitation

I am trying to do "The Maven".
I have currently killed/collected 13/10 bosses according to my atlas. I am not progressing in the questline and am still prompted to "Complete Tier 14+ Maps to find the Maven's invitation. arent all invitations just handled by kirac now?

Kirac has no quest progression options for me right now as he has done with all earlier parts of the quest line. No yellow exclamation, i have tried all chat options otherwise he just buys/sells/shows atlas, nothing out of the ordinary for me to progress.
