Normal door won't open

Description:
I was in a Tier 9 Palace map and I encountered a normal door that won't open. I tried clicking on it on both sides and there are no obstacles preventing me from getting close enough. Same here. it seems like palace is buggy. sadly there is no other way in my map. so i have to leave.

Same here. This has happened to me several times this league.
