Crashes and alt + tab problems

if I tab out while loading anywhere in game, I always crash
I also just randomly crash for no reason
I have awakened poe and when I try to price check something, the game tabs to desktop which is strange (I know its a 3rd party program but the problem is the game, in my opinion, related to the alt tab problem)
I did a packcheck and it said everything was in sync (though im not 100% what it does or is)

I completely uninstalled, restarted my computer and reinstalled the game. It didnt fix the crashing but at least I can price check items now (though the game still tabs to desktop)
