Kingsmarch Map Device not working

Hey Team, I can't find anyways to get the map device to work properly. I did 1 map, collected the loot, and then couldn't put another one in. In one screenshot you can see the two people I hired to the left, and in the other screenshot, you can see the map not being allowed in the device. I've tried with all sorts of maps, white, yellow, red, corrupted, random Tiers and still nothing.

I'm an idiot, when it says it can only do white maps, I thought it meant rarity not tier...
