Significant Tincture bug: Mana burn deactivates mana regen/leech/flask

Steps to reproduce:

1) Get some mana burn stacks

2) Watch your mana go down even at low stacks and tons of regen/leech/enduring flask

The character sheet does not reflect these things being "deactivated", but they are.

This is easily proven in game:

1) 500 passive mana recovery per second

2) 600 max mana

3) 50 mana burn stacks = 50% mana pool per second drained

4) Expected net recovery: (Mana revcovery) - (max mana)(mana burn stacks%)
(500) - (600)(0.5) = 200

Instead of having a positive net recovery of 200 mana per second, currently you lose mana!!

Either mana burn works drastically differently than stated, or it is severely bugged, rendering any investment into managing mana burn stacks or mana recovery useless if your character uses a Tincture.

It is clearly bugged, or behaves differently than described.

It decreases in increments, your mana bar steadily going down in small blips rather than a continuous drain.

Then around 100 stacks, which is only 600 mana per second, you just crash to 0 no matter how much regen/flask/leech you have.

It renders the unique flask they introduced worthless compared to a normal tincture with an ele pen roll. It's weaker overall, and it doesn't even benefit from the Warden linger node since you're at 0 stacks.

When things refer to your Maximum Mana, they don't pay attention to you total Unreserved Mana. If your Maximum Mana is 1000 and your total Unreserved Mana is 600, each Mana Burn stack will drain 10 Mana: 1% of 1000.
My total unreserved mana is 600, and my maximum mana is 600. Not 1000.

That's why I put 600/600, not 600/1000.

Bump, having a similiar issue
Now that the unique is capped, can this be fixed?

Still need a group doing weird shenanigans to overcome the bugged mana burn.
