Leveling 2nd character and etc

Im sure im not only 1 who is tired of same acts each time over and over. And if im not enjoying or tired 1st of my build, i most likely quit league till next one, rather than go through acts again.
Can we get some kind of diablo comissions access after 1st walkthrough of acts ? Like make Kirac missions free for all next characters up to ~60 lvl, with lab trials and skill points rewards (for quests) based on location lvl they are usually placed. Im sure more players will stay long in league with this mechanics.
I'd like to see some new things like this instead of 10 acts for each character without changes.

The only thing that i dont like in POE is to make all the 10 acts every dammn League!

I got to the point of dying in one of the acts and then quit the league because of it.

Jesus i would even pay with real money a pass to make my character lvl 60/65 ready to map with points to spec and beginner gear
