Maven stuck, fight softlock

Overview:
During my first Maven fight she seems to be stuck in the middle of the arena. She tries to teleport out of the middle, but snaps right back in. She is unable to be damaged during this, softlocking the fight. She also rarely teleports out without snapping back, but is still unable to be attacked.

There also seems to be an invisible object to the south west of the arena, as i get stuck on something while trying to move there. This object seems to move.

The arena affects still progress normaly.

When did the bug occur:
After the first memory game (after the first nucleus phase)

What i tried to fix this bug:
Wait for the next memory game, Reenter the arena, Relog. None of those worked

Locus mine trickster

3.25.0c

Had something similar happen on a Maven Invitation fight. This was Tier 10+, and had just defeated the Gorgon in the Maven's area. I was being chain Petrified and unable to move or use any skills. The Nightmare Manifest was apparently attacking me from ranged.

Using /oos did not work. Ultimately I was stuck for at least 3 minutes.

Ultimately I had to exit to the Character Selection screen, which did remove me from the arena. I was able to re-enter The Maven's Crucible and finish the encounter.

This occurred in 3.25.0d.
