Svalinn + spell elemental traps

Spell elemental traps don't seem to work with the new Svalinn shield. They don't trigger on block and I can still manually cast them.

Skills used by totems, traps, or mines, vaal skills, channelling skills, and skills with a reservation cannot be triggered.
