Is the 30 qual recipe on gear gone from Menagerie gone?

As the title suggests, I can't find the recipe. I bought the Craicic Vassal and the only thing I am seeing is the option to corrupt a map to 30 qual.

The craft was replaced with the map craft.
Likely to balance out the new power via the quality change. The only way to get 30 quality on gear is via random drops now. Sucks a little bit for unique items especially if you're unable to chance orb them but hopefully they introduce a new way for 30 quality next league or just straight up get rid of it entirely and cap it at 20 Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
