Pushing Kingsmarch to higher heights

As I play this league, I started to think on what I would add if I was able to do such a thing. After a few hours, I had so many things written down that I decided to post it there for everyone to see it.

Idea 1 - Turn the city into our personal hideout
It could be done by having a part of the city being where our current hideout spawn. The goal being to not having to teleport between the two locations, especially with mapping and crafting.

Idea 2 - Add an hospital in the city
As it upgrades, it would lower the chances of deaths to maps runners and from other events like pirates and such

Idea 3 - Add a school in the city
Make it so we can pay gold to train our people when idle so they can level up (instead of searching for new people in the tavern). Would be great when you find that specialist to keep it and train it up.

Idea 4 - Let us manage the wages of our workers
We would see how much they want when hired but we could decide if we want to give them more or less, which could impact morale and productivity.

Idea 5 - Add a church / temple in the city
To help with workers morale and such. So you could pay them less but have the priest convince them it is in their best interrest :)

Idea 6 - Integrate other end game systems into the city
This one is a big one. I'll go with a few examples.

Make it so miners could have an accident and open a path to Delve, forcing us to go there and save them.

Make it so farmers could be overrun by a bunch of harvest monsters hungry for our crops.

Make it so the hospital could be overun with disease, opening a blight for us to clear.

You get the picture. Almost all end game systems could be linked to the city to one way or another. All it needs ia bit of imagination to turn this into a good story and a fun mecanic for everyone to enjoy :)
