Wyrmsign Wyrmscale Guantlets not granting rampage

Good day,

The Wyrmsign Wyrmscale Guantlets unique gloves are not granting rampage at maximum endurance charges on my Juggernaut.

Edit: nevermind, they started working after I wrote this post... I swear they were not working before.
