Stuck inside The Infinite Hunger second phase - Seething Chyme (had to kill myself - rip xp)

This is a reocuring bug I've expirienced a few times.

While fighting The Infinite Hunger, if you kill the boss as they are entering the second phase, you get stuck inside the corrosive pool area stacking infinite amounts of Corrisive Hunger stacks.

The only way I've found to get out of there is by letting your char die, very annoying.

I didn't take a pic inside the second phase, but here's one after I let my char die for reference.
