Malachai boss fight in act 4

During the boss fight, the "yellow Shield" on the boss showing that it is currently invulnerable can bug out.

I'm not sure if it has something to do with me having DoT damage or dying a few times on it.

But it seemed as if the sequence got broken and it showed invulnerable when not and vulnerable when one of the hearts was alive.
