Armour Mastery not working properly [Please delete]

EDIT: I am an idiot. Please delete the post, my cold resistance was not capped.

Hello there,

when taking the armour mastery "+1% to all maximum Elemental Resistances if Equipped Helmet, Body Armour, Gloves, and Boots all have Armour", the maximum elemental resistance in the character sheet only goes up for Fire and Lightning Resistances, but not for cold.

I don't know if this is just a display issue or if it is actually bugged.
