Crashes

I have crashed 50 times in Karui beach after killing Kitava, and about 100 times between ACt 1 and Act 10. Cant enter the game anymore with my character, i crashes in the loading screen. I have been avoiding towns since Act 1 after getting tons of crashes.

Tried changing all kinds of graphic settings, including rendering, fullscreen mode, Vsync, Buffering, antialiasing Quality, UPscaling and so on. Nothing works.
