Alva and Blight

If you get 100% chance to spawn blight in your maps and 100% chance to spawn alva in your maps, blight stops alva from ever spawning regardless of map size.

Edit: Unspecced all of blight back to what it was when she was spawning before and she still isn't spawning. Not sure what to do as alva is the only spawnable mechanic in my map now and she still wont show up (tested on multiple different large maps)

TLDR: had 100% alva, specced 100% blight and alva stopped spawning. removed blight and alva doesnt spawn even after removing blight
