Unopenable door

I've encountered an unopenable door in the Palace map. We tried everything dashing, cycloning to get closer, shield charge... nothing works. There seems to be something invisible blocking it.

Same happened to me, 2 maps in a row,
tried everything, the door wont open Asked a guildmate to come and try, didnt work | |
 Same issue here in Maze, my only guess is that it might have something to do with it being right on the edge of the ritual circle. Screenshot featuring me moments away from getting murdered by a tornado while taking it :^) |
