Ship timer stuck [Resolved]

My ship has been stuck on a trip to Riben Fell at a timer of 36:32 for over an hour, and it isn't decreasing.



I'm going to just cancel the shipment, but I don't believe it should hang like this, unless I'm missing some mechanic.

EDIT: I had run out of treasury gold, and this was what stalled it. Issue resolved.
