Doedre the Defiler not droppping "Final boss drops X additional" on Sepulchre Map

Hi,
Have had this issue multiple times where selecting "Final Boss drops X additional X" from Searing or Eater altars and killing Doedre, nothing drops. Last bumped on Jul 30, 2024, 12:37:13 PM
