Ritual Nameless Bug

I found a unique ritual encounter (Think its "unique"), that gave me the Mist King boss fight fragment, but everytime I rerolled my rewards it gave me an additional fragment for the fight, so i ended up having 4 deffered fragments after my single alch and go ritual. Could probably end up getting even more if you used scarabs and so on, which I don't think is intended.

Its hard to see, but you can spot the fragments in the buy window in the background, had to take screenshot of the reference number, sorry!

Yeah been doing the same thing and wondered if this is intended. I hope we could get some clarification if this is intended or an exploit.

Had this happen yesterday as well, would be nice to know if its intended or not. I think probably not.
