Desecrate Spectral Corpses Raise Spectre Interaction

So spectral corpses were added, can we get the option to toggle whether raise spectre raises any corpse lying around or *only* spectral corpses? It feels weird that we now have this spectral corpse thing from Desecrate, but mechanically it does nothing unless you're in your hideout or trying to use detonate dead.
