Unable to progress searing Exarch

Map device stuck on "Alter your perception so that you can detect the influence of the searing exarch".
Have run a few T16 to get an invitation and nothing happens. Last bumped on Aug 27, 2024, 4:10:04 PM

Bumping.
I beat Eater. Beat the mini bosses. But the atlas will not let me select/enable exarch on the map device for a T15/16 as the quest requires for the voidstone. |

Have been trying to fix this all day
Had to figure out the lowest tier map that would still allow me to progress eater, farm that on its way up to 16, then 16 will give you the green invitation |

You have to talk to the Envoy when he appears in your maps.
