Cannot buy Forbidden Tomes

When live searching area level 82+ tomes for a maximum price of 25 chaos, a new Tome gets listed every second however when messaging people immediately for 100+ Tomes all i got is one Tome and a lot of 'rate limit'.
I do not think this is about the price since most tomes get listed at a lower price. It seems that some people have moved on from using automated tools to trade currency to other consumables.
On a certain discord server it is possible to buy large bulk of Tomes for massive overprice.

I don't think it should be possible for individuals to buy consuambles in an amount that far exeeds the amount that they could use by themselfs.
