Warden Scorch Node Oath of Summer does not update first scorch value

Similarly to https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1edmzfd/psa_wardens_double_scorch_behaving_weirdly_second/

I just respecced to the scorch node and since i am a heatshiver build my first scorch wil be a low amount and the second one will be a higher one

As i keep attacking the first scorch will not get updated to a higher value, even though its duration is refreshed. The second one seems to functioning properly as far as i can tell.

Unsure if its a UI bug or actually affects the resistances

While using brittle boots i also found out that the brittle value is sometimes displayed wrongly. I lost the screenshot (and accidentally replaced my boots mod lol) but instead of 2.8% it would say -20% or something. As if the scorch value is displayed on the brittle icon.

There's a high chance the icons are bugged but its worth looking if the actual resist debuff is working correctly

bump, also having the issue. having 1 node of the new ascendancy essentially not working is kinda a big deal.
