SMELTERS SMELTING UNASSIGNED ORE

So i have NO ONE on bismuth because i need raw ore for upgrade. All smelters on on 'other' bars to smelt and yet they are suddenly just making bismuth bars magically???

If i dont have a smelter specifically assigned to Bismuth it should not be getting made.

Same for me. Cannot use Verisium ore, because it got smelted into ingots, even though i specifically reassigned smelters so noone would touch verisum ore in particular.

This is intended. It is explained in the Help panel on Smelting and Mining that it works this way.

Oh, damn i am blind (never checked this one)...
But WHY?! It actually makes progress quite a bit harder. Why even give assignment option, then?
Sadge. I know how to avoid this, i guess, but oh boy it would not be pretty (as i would need to completely remove all smelters temporarily)

Thanks didnt notice that... However i think that is an ignorant way to make it... as said above makes it harder to progress having to constantly remove all smelters from doing work on anything just to make sure one metal is available for an upgrade. I hope they change that.
