Disenchanting feels too slow

I'm not sure if it's because my disenchanting building is too low but at level 1 or 2, i forget which, i have rank 4 disenchanters and even disenchanting one item takes about 6 hours to barely give anything, this is actually TERRIBLE for progressing the building early on. Could need some scaling changes.
