No Forgiveness doesn't stack

I just annointed "No Forgiveness" and it is not stacking with the gladiator passive.

Even worse: by annointing that notable your chance for retaliate to not go on cooldown is actually WORSE than it was before

I made the same mistake as well. The wording never states that they do stack, but I don't think there's any build that would use it since any retaliate build is likely getting the ascendancy to go with it

Moreover, if you rolled back the Measured Retaliation ascendancy, keeping the No Forgiveness anointment, your chance for used retaliation skills to remain usable will increased significantly. It definitely doesn't feel like 20%, but a lot more.
It allows you to get Jagged Technique for having free guarantied Aggravated :) | |

Generally wording like this would indicate that it can stack - but it very clearly is not stacking. Need a GGG response on this if it is intended or bugged

Same issue. Very sad it doesn't bump to 70%. Even worse that it actually override the Gladiator ascendancy and drop you to 20%.
