Can't Claim Rewards/Interact with Settler's Map Device

I can't interact or claim the rewards (the bag is showing there are rewards to be claimed next to the map in the Mapping window) in the Kingsmarch Map Device. I can't do anything: remove the maps, claim rewards, or put new maps in. Moving my workers in and out doesn't do anything to advance the progress or stop it. Restarting the client does not fix it.

Same here. 3 partially completed maps with the loot symbol that it won't let me click on.

Edit: Okay a friend found a solution. Putting a map in the first slot lets you loot it.

Ran into the same issue, first slot is empty and can't claim any reward in other slot. Happened when I had multiple rewards unclaimed, and quickly claimed one after another. Trick with putting the map in the first slot worked, but an extra map was lost.
