Taste of hate not updating damage values after Settlers league start for me?

I second this. Other sources of phys as cold work, but taste of hate does not

i also discovered that taste of hate isnt adding damage to my attacks. i use other forms of phys as extra cold which work as intended
|

Tested this with basic attack with only phys damage, it's definitely not adding any cold damage since attack's not inflicting any chill.
|
