Flask Cast & Attack Speed gone from the game

It is not possible to roll Attack Speed during Effect / Cast Speed during Effect on flasks. None on the market and removed from poedb.
It was not mentioned in the 3.25 patch notes. Assuming unintentional? Last bumped on Jul 30, 2024, 6:50:47 AM

WTF ...WHY wasnt this in the patch notes before people complained?? and what is the stupid reasoning behind this absolute stupid change??? I planned my build I finally got a shaper belt, trying to roll flasks. my build NEEDS the attack speed on flasks it was planed around that. and now I am stuck with his build and its invesstment and I NOW see that the mod is removed? are you freaking serious GGG? WHYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!
